ABSTRACT The article is dedicated to the argument against Existence Requirement provided by Takashi Yagisawa. We argue that core of Yagisawa s – Strong Iterability cannot be inferred from idea contingent apriori (Kripke), and incompatible with @-transform (Plantinga). Thus, these ideas, contrary Yagisawa, serve as a methodological basis Iterability. also Constituent Principle. Finally, we show concept world-indexed properties (the relies on properties) inconsistent, even if defender can resist this objection, must given up.
